Permission Form 2023-2024 School Year

As we prepare for a new year, it is time for our yearly Abbeville Youth Center permission slips. By signing, you are giving your student permission to attend the AYC, participate in any and all AYC-approved activities and games, travel with AYC-approved transportation, as well as assume the responsibility for any personal injury or property damage that may occur.
